CPC Alumni Continue to Succeed

Kristýna “Kalty” Kaltounková has undoubtedly etched her name into the record books at Colgate University, from reaching the elusive milestone of the 100th career point to breaking the all-time program record for goals. This season, she has continued to rack up the points, In 30 games played, she has recorded 52 points (24 goals, 27 assists).  

That puts her second overall in the ECAC in goals and tied for second in points.  She was named the ECAC forward of the week on October 10th, January 3rd , and January 16th. In her sophomore season, Kalty was the leading goal scorer in ECAC hockey where she recorded 28 goals and added 25 assists for a total of 52 points in 38 games played. This effort earned her 2022 ECAC Hockey Tournament MVP honors, ECAC Hockey Second team All-league and Third team All-USCHO. 

Boston College's, Julia Pellerin's has emerged as a force to be reckoned with in her inaugural college season. In 31 games played, she has recorded 15 points (11 goals, 4 assists). Her knack for setting up her teammates and finding the back of the net has led to her recently being named to the All-Rookie Hockey East team. 

Taze Thompson has brought consistence excellence to Northeastern since she transferred after her Freshman year. From clinching her third consecutive Beanpot championship to surpassing her previous season's points tally, Taze's impact on the ice is always present. She has recorded 19 points in 36 games (12 goals, 7 assists) this season and looks to make a strong impact on the Hockey East tournament starting this weekend. The Junior forward currently sits in second in goals scored for Northeastern.
